Order status guide

Paid - Your payment has been received.
Queued - The payment requires some time to clear.
Failed - The payment processing has failed (usually due to technical issue).
Declined - The payment processing did not complete.
Refunded - A refund has been issued.
Not Finished - Order cancelled.
Complete - The order is ready for collection by the courier.


Making changes or cancelling your order

We fulfil customer orders as a matter of priority. If any changes are required to your order you must tell us right away using the Contact Us form. Please ensure that you select category "Order changes" which will prioritise your message. Once the stamps are printed or courier collection is scheduled we are no longer able to make changes to your order.


Order tracking guide

When your order ships the tracking number is automatically emailed to you. It is also displayed it in your order invoice which you can find in My account -> Order history.

Orders with tracking numbers in the format AA123456789ZZ are shipped via Royal Mail and will be delivered by the postal service of your country. They can be tracked via the Royal Mail website or the website of your local postal service. For example shipments destined to USA can be tracked via the USPS website once they are passed over. The tracking information provided by the postal service of some countries may be limited and only include confirmation of delivery. The typical transit time is about 1-3 days for UK, 5-7 days for Europe, 7-10 days for USA and 7-15 days for the rest of the world. However this is not a guaranteed service and it may take longer in rare occasions. We can not obtain additional tracking information other than this is shown on the Royal Mail website. Royal Mail and the destination postal service will only attempt to manually track the item if it remains undelivered after the 25th working day.

If your order ships via a courier the tracking number will include the courier's name. For example:
